Welcome Back to Mass at St. Joseph Parish of the Panther Valley!
We are so grateful that we will finally be able to worship together a family, His family. In order to keep everyone safe and healthy, we have many guidelines to follow. Here is all you need to know about coming back to Mass – in person!
Just a reminder – the dispensation from the obligation of Sunday Mass is still in place. If you are sick – if you are susceptible to sickness – if you have pre-existing conditions – or if you don’t feel comfortable yet in large gatherings – please stay home. Daily Mass will continue to be live streamed on Facebook and the Sunday 8:00 Mass will be live streamed and broadcast on WLSH AM 1410.
The first in-person daily Mass at St. Joseph’s of the Panther Valley will be on Monday, June 1, 2020 at 8:00 a.m.
For daily Mass and for church visitation, please use the side door, Main Entrance, only. No other doors will be open.
Please use the provided hand sanitizer upon entering the church. The church is cleaned and disinfected thoroughly, there is no need to bring your own wipes or cleaning solutions to church.
Parishioners must wear a face covering for the entirety of Mass except for when it is your turn to receive Holy Communion. This is mandatory!
The schedule for daily Mass will continue as Monday through Friday at 8:00 am. In the future, Mass times may return to the normal schedule of Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 8:00 am, and Tuesday and Thursday at 5:00 pm.

Pews will be marked off to provide for 20 “Households” to attend a daily Mass. A Household is defined as any one (1) or group of people who live together in the same home.
Holy Communion will be distributed at the end of Mass, after the final blessing. Parishioners will receive Communion and immediately leave the Church.
Parishioners may receive either in the hand or on the tongue.
Holy Water fonts will be emptied; however, parishioners will be able to fill their own Holy Water container to take home.
There will be adoration on Tuesdays and Thursdays after the Daily Mass until 5:00 pm.
The church will be open Monday-Friday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm for private prayer. Masks or face coverings are mandatory for everyone who visits the church.
